  • How to buy art from Gallery?

    Buying art and other items from our online gallery is simple and consists of a few steps.

    1. Registration of a purchase
    Select the desired product and click "Buy" and it will be added to your cart. The "Your Cart" page will display all the selected items. You can remove an item from your cart if you change your mind. Please note that you can only buy the products that are in stock!

    2. Placing an order and payment

    Please note that incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay. Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order.

    Orders are processed daily, except weekends, from 08:00 to 20:00 (Central European Time).

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing at zc.auecareneg%40yrellag before the artwork has been shipped. In this case, we will return the money to the payment card within 5-14 calendar days. If the artwork has already been sent by the author, you can return the order within 14 days after receipt. We will only issue a refund once the piece has been returned to the artist in its original condition.

  • Buy original artwork directly from the seller

    The Gallery GENERACEUA do not provides for the possibility of direct communication between the user and the seller. 

  • Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

    If you wish, artwork sold in the gallery may be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
